REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

1. Return Eligibility
   Return Time: You can request a return within 7 days of receiving the item.
   Item Condition: The item must be unused, with original packaging and tags, and in sellable condition. We do not accept damaged, used or incomplete items.
2. Return Process
   If you wish to return an item, please follow the steps below:

Get Return Authorization: Our Customer Service team will review your request within 1-2 business days and send you a return authorization and return address.
Prepare the return package: Please make sure to package the item well and include the return authorization form (if applicable).
Ship the item back: Ship the package to the specified return address. We recommend that you use a shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe delivery of the package.

3. Refund Policy
   Refund Processing: Once we receive your return and confirm that it is eligible for return, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days and will be refunded to your original payment method.
   Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless your item is defective or wrong. Shipping costs may also not be refunded if you choose to change or cancel your order.
4. Exchange Policy
   If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following the return process and indicate the details of the item you wish to exchange when requesting. Once the return is confirmed, we will process the shipment of the new item for you.
5. Damaged Items
   If the item you received was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and provide photo proof. We will assist you in processing a refund or replacing the damaged product.
